hi there.
Just a short note to let you know that I was very happy with Nina Pieters, the lady in Sun City who was my contact person in connection with the Anthos-Demedis Incentive.
Nina was from the very beginning committed and ready help and assist wherever she could - she never said that something was not possible (a rare attitude).
She returns phone calls - even after 7pm in the evening . I felt very comfortable dealing with her and when the group arrived in Sun City she was there - available the whole time, no question too much, no mountain too high.
South Africa needs more people like her.
And I think that if someone does a good job, one should talk about it. Congratulations to Sun International for employing her.

On behalf of Hay House I would like to thank you and your team for all they did on Friday 18th at our Gordon Smith Event. Please thank Nasif and Edward and ask them to pass on our appreciation to their colleagues.
We have received some negative comments this week about the quality of the sound - apparently it was not so good at either side of the audience; I was sitting in the centre at the back, where there was no problem.
I hope that we will be back for further events with our authors in the future.
